At Blend and Bond Co., we stand behind the quality of every blend we offer — but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Our goal is always to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of premium tobacco products, we do not accept returns on cigars once they leave our humidor, unless there was an error on our part or the product arrived damaged.

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another fair solution.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, snap a quick photo and email us at orders@blendandbond.co We’ll get things squared away quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Any cigar that has been cut, smoked, or removed from its original packaging.

  • Accessories used or not in their original condition.

  • Gift cards or downloadable content.

How to Start a Claim
To start a claim, please email us at orders@blendandbond.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We take pride in our customer relationships and will handle your concern with the same care we give to every cigar we select.

A Note on Taste
Taste is personal. If a cigar simply isn’t your favorite, we encourage you to explore more of our monthly blends or try our “Mystery Cigar” feature to expand your palate. While we can’t offer refunds for personal preferences, we’re always here to help guide you to a blend you'll love.
